Payment by Bank Transfer / Bank Deposit

We currently accept online bank transfers and ATM bank deposits. Our bank details will be shown after you place your order.

How to Place Your Order

1. Add the product and required variation to your Shopping Cart.
2. Open the Cart, check the product, quantity, delivery address and shipping charge, then select Proceed to Checkout.
3. Review your billing and delivery details, read and accept the Terms & Conditions, then select Place Order.
4. Your order number and our bank-transfer instructions will be displayed on the order confirmation page and included in your order email.

How to Make Payment

1. Transfer the exact order total using online banking or make a cash deposit at an ATM.
2. Use your Order Number as the payment reference so we can match the payment correctly.
3. Your order will be processed after the funds have cleared and the payment has been verified. Processing and delivery timing depend on stock availability and the confirmed shipping arrangement.

Please do not transfer more than the order total. If an overpayment occurs, contact us with the order number and payment proof so we can verify it and arrange the appropriate refund.

Upload Your Payment Receipt

1. Go to My Account > Orders.
2. Select View beside the relevant order.
3. Choose your bank-transfer or bank-deposit receipt image, then select Upload.
4. Keep the original receipt until we have confirmed your payment.
