What Payment Method Accepted ?
Currently we only accept Bank Transfer and Bank In only.
Since ATM Machine used to pay an exact amount, what if I paid exceed the amount I needed to pay ?
We will transfer your exceed paid amount back to your bank account if you paid exceed amount.
What to do next after I made the payment ?
After the payment made, please upload the transaction receipt on My Account -> Orders -> View on the specific order -> then upload.
Is that the only way I can only upload receipt ?
If it is not convenient for you, yes you can send through WeChat, Whatsapp, Messenger, Email together with your Order Number and we will process immediately.
How long needed to take to process my order once I uploaded/sent the receipt ?
Normally within 10 minutes we will process your order. After that, we will send you tracking number through email within 5 working days.
What happen if I accidentally paid exceed amount ?
We will transfer your exceed paid amount back to your bank account if you paid exceed amount.

How long will it take to receive my parcel ?

The Estimated Time Arrival start counted on the day once tracking code is available.
The Tracking Code will be available within 5 working days once payment received.
West Malaysia – Estimate to Arrival : 15 working days.
East Malaysia (Sarawak) – Estimate to Arrival : 30 working days, remote area +15 days.
East Malaysia (Sabah – Kota Kinabalu) – Estimate to Arrival : 30 working days, remote area +15 days.
East Malaysia (Sabah – Others) – Estimate to Arrival : 30 working days, remote area +15 days.
Why it takes almost 1 month to receive my parcel ?
In order to minimize the price and maximize value at the same time, we used Pre-Order Model to make it true. Plus fitness equipment is heavy and bulky, we’re forced to use sea shipping instead of air.
